Wait Your Turn

Cats are more popular than you know. We track a virtual queue of people just like you ready to play with the friendly felines. So once you click on the big, orange "play live" paw below the video window you can see your place in line and your estimated wait time. Then get ready for fun time kitten play!

Play Time!

To make sure everyone gets a chance to play, each play time is limited to 2 minutes. During this time control your view of the room with directional arrow buttons that control the moveable camera, zoom in on the kitties and control the toy action! Click on a toy button to move each toy live in real-time.

Humane Society of Utah

About the Shelter

Founded in 1960, the Humane Society of Utah (HSU) works hard to ensure that every healthy and treatable pet that enters their facility will be placed into a loving home. There is no set limit on the length of time an animal may remain in their adoption program.

HSU is an open-admissions shelter, meaning that their doors are always open for any animal that can legally be accepted. In 2014, an expansion and renovation project was completed which allowed the HSU to save a record 10,481 pets. Through an education-focused adoption process, positive image promotion of shelter pets, and our many other programs and services, even more animals are expected to be saved in 2015. The Humane Society of Utah requires significant resources to continue providing programs to animals in need.
